Bow Jackson Used to Shoot Apples Out of His Teammates' Hands

There are running backs with more yards and baseball players with more home runs, but there's only one Bo Jackson. The 1985 Heisman Trophy winner from Auburn University enjoyed an incredibly rare two-sport career in both professional football and baseball. Jackson is still the only person to be named to the NFL Pro Bowl and the MLB All-Star team. But before his sports legacy and famous "Bo Knows" Nike campaign ever took place, Vincent Edward Jackson was just a kid from Bessemer, Alabama.

By way of Alabama Watch Clinton-Dix and Eddie Lacy struggle through this sausage commercial

When you make it in the NFL the word is at your feet, or at least the commercialized sports world of America. Athletes have always made good spokesmen and when you are famous for being a Green Bay Packer why wouldn't you be the star of a sausage commercial? Thats where former Tide greats and current Packers Ha Ha Clinton-Dix and Eddie Lacy found themselves, only "spokesmen" will have to be a term that is used loosely.

Chicks Dig The Long Ball Remains Baseball's Best Commercial

In baseball, nothing brings fans together quite like the home run. Sure, people might love crazy triple plays, eating sunflower seeds and the epic fights, but a blast over the fence pretty much cures everything in life, if only for a few brief seconds. Good Ol' Rocky Block Made Terrence Cody a Legend

On October 24, 2009, the top-ranked Alabama Crimson Tide hosted the upset-mined Tennessee Volunteers for another installment of the "Third Saturday in October." Vols head coach Lane Kiffin — who's since bounced around from Tennessee to USC to Alabama to Florida Atlantic to Ole Miss — positioned his team to beat Alabama for the first time three years. However, that day ended up being the closest Tennessee would ever come to beating their rival over the decade that followed.

Ham Porter From 'The Sandlot' Re-Enacts His Iconic S'mores Scene With His Son

"The Sandlot" is the definition of a timeless movie. The 1993 classic baseball film is about a group of kids who try to pickle "the Beast" after an autographed Babe Ruth baseball ends up in the monstrous dog's yard. Along the way, we're gifted with a charming kissing scene between the bespectacled Squints and iconic lifeguard Wendy Peffercorn, who by the way is still a babe all these years later.
