It must have been some impressive piece of driving to avoid hitting the deer, but this is yet another reminder of why everyone should be wearing seat belts at all times. The 6'3", 269-pounder undoubtedly got a little help from his vehicle being so big and being able to take a lot of impact, but this could have ended so much worse. Thankfully it didn't and everyone seems to be alright.
