Three-star 2017 quarterback from Alabama commits to this SEC school

Three-star quarterback Daulton Hyatt (6-foot-5, 182 pounds, Attalla, Ala.) has made his verbal commitment to stay inside the SEC. The pro-style quarterback prospect, despite having offers from several big-time schools across the country, announced on Saturday night that he isverbally committed to Arkansas.

The pro-style quarterback prospect, despite having offers from several big-time schools across the country, announced on Saturday night that he is verbally committed to Arkansas.

"After discussion and prayer with my family and loved ones I'm excited to announce that I will be furthering my education and continuing my football career at the University of Arkansas," Hyatt tweeted Saturday evening. "I would like to say thank you to all the great coaches and schools who have given me an opportunity to play at the next level."

Hyatt held offers from Louisville, Miami, Missouri, and West Virginia along with several others. According to 247Sports Hyatt is the No. 29 ranked pro-style quarterback in the country. With the commitment, Hyatt is the only 2017 quarterback in Bret Bielema's class.
