Moore is rated as the No. 5 wide receiver in the nation by ESPN. Overall, he is a consensus four-star recruit.

Moore had previously been committed to Nebraska, but he backed off that commitment after the Huskers changed coaches from Mike Riley to Scott Frost. The reopened recruitment gave plenty of programs a second chance to woo the speedy wideout, and programs like Oregon and Alabama were among those that gave it their best show. However, it looks like Tom Herman and Texas were able to win out this recruiting battle, and it is definitely a big win just before National Signing Day.

Texas now has 24 commitments for their 2018 recruiting class. The Longhorns have had an incredible year so far, as 19 of those recruits are already signed to help put the class at No. 3 in the nation at 247Sports.
