Valentine's Day is Thursday, February 14, and this day is known for being a holiday dedicated to showing love to the people you care about. It is a fitting day for the Texas A&M women's basketball team to host their 13th annual Beat The Hell Out of Breast Cancer Game against the LSU Tigers.
The yearly BTHO Breast Cancer event brings awareness to breast cancer and honors loved ones that have survived or passed away due to cancer. It's a huge event and a great way for the Texas A&M Aggies to show their support for their families and local community.

The BTHO Breast Cancer Game events will feature a survivor's walk at halftime for women who have either defeated breast cancer or are currently battling it. Each player's name on their custom pink and black jerseys will be replaced with the name of someone who has battled breast cancer. Breast cancer patients and survivors in the area were also given a free ticket for the game, plus BTHO breast cancer t-shirts and special merchandise can be purchased here with all proceeds going to the Pink Alliance.

As a special dedication from two Aggie players, sophomore guard Jada Walton and junior guard Jasmine Williams share special messages to their mothers who passed away fighting their battles with cancer.
In addition, Aggie forward Caylinne Martin is honoring a local small business owner in her battle against breast cancer.

There is no doubt this will be an emotional night for the Aggies and the fans in attendance that have someone who has suffered from this disease. This night is about more than basketball.
The Aggies will get their rematch against LSU at Reed Arena on this special night, and although there will be a lot of love and honor in the room, the Aggies will use that energy in this rematch against one of their SEC rivals. The Tigers come to College Station to meet an Aggies team coming off a heartbreaking overtime loss on the road against Missouri. It's an event where the 12th Man will be out in force rooting for their team, and it's hard to image that the Aggies would lose.
