During Saturday's preseason game, Pittsburgh Steelers safety Jordan Dangerfield took down Bills wide receiver Austin Willis during a punt return, causing him to fumble the ball.
Although Dangerfield has only two inches and 25 pounds on Willis, the hit laid out the rookie, who had to be carted off the field.
According to the Buffalo News, Willis sat out for the rest of the game due to a head injury.
Buffalo crushed Pittsburgh on Saturday 43-19.
