After one of the more demoralizing losses of the season, the Arizona Cardinals blew a 20-point lead and watched the Chicago Bears notch a 24-23 victory.

Following the loss, Cardinals head coach Dennis Green lost his mind with arguably the most memorable meltdown of all time.
In the end, we didn't crown the Bears, as Chicago fell to the Indianpolis Colts in the Super Bowl, 29-17.
Green passed away on Friday at the age of just 67.
