Texas has the No. 2 recruiting class in the country for 2018 and it's not hard to see why. They've got 18 commits already in the class and are averaging a 93.000 ranking according to Scout. It just got a lot better with the addition of four-star offensive tackle Rafiti Ghermai as he made an announcement on his Twitter with a video:
I’M 110% COMMITTED!!(videocreds:@SuperK_TFB & @Andrew_TFB)@simplyCoachO. Thank you to all my family and friends for getting me to this point pic.twitter.com/hiYDBxMRfI

The 6-foot-4, 290-pound behemoth out of Frisco, Texas will stay relatively close to home with that commitment to the Longhorns. He turned down the likes of LSU, Michigan and UCLA so he could go to Texas and join coach Tom Herman's squad. He's ranked as the No. 19 OT in the class by Scout and had offers from Alabama, Florida, Florida State and Georgia among plenty of others.
