Naturally, there were going to be questions about who would replace this year's No. 4 pick in the NFL Draft, Ezekiel Elliott. Meyer believes he's found the guy in this redshirt freshman.

Bri'onte Dunn was heavily considered to be the next starter until he was kicked off the team for an alleged altercation with a female. That left a fairly big hole at the position that will now have to be filled by a guy who spent the last season off the field.

The 5'10", 215-pound Weber will try to replace the 1,821 yards and 23 touchdowns Elliott recorded last season to help out quarterback J.T. Barrett and the offense.
