Gill is set to choose from a number of schools, including Michigan, UCLA and Notre Dame. However, the current leader for Gill appears to be Ohio State, as 247Sports has the Buckeyes with a 100-percent chance at landing the touted four-star recruit.
Gill is rated as the No. 1 all-purpose back and the No. 3 overall recruit in Ohio by the 247Sports player rankings. Overall, he rates in the Top 50 of all recruits in the 2018 class, which puts him on the verge of becoming a five-star. Gill has primarily been playing running back in high school, but he could play a more hybrid H-back or slot role in college.
