Four-star tight end Mustapha Muhammad (6-foot-4, 235 pounds, Missouri City, TX) is expected to commit on Friday evening, and the four-star is down to just five teams: Clemson, Michigan, LSU, Texas and UCLA.

With his commitment looming, one team has become the massive favorite to land Muhammad: Michigan. The Wolverines have all 26 of the predictions in the 247Sports Crystal Ball and Muhammad would fit in very well with the offensive system that Jim Harbaugh has put in place over the past few years.
Of course, this is the world of recruiting, so surprises are to be expected.
Muhammad is the No. 5 tight end of the 2018 class according to the 247Sports Composite. If he does fulfill expectations by committing to Michigan, he will be their 15th commitment of the 2018 class.
