Maryland basketball just gave us the most epic buzzer beater of the NCAA Tournament

Although there hasn't been a lot of madness thus far in the NCAA Tournament, fans were treated with an insane buzzer beater at the end of the second quarter between the Maryland Terrapins and West Virginia Mountaineers in the second round of the Women's NCAA Tournament.

Although there hasn't been a lot of madness thus far in the NCAA Tournament, fans were treated with an insane buzzer beater at the end of the second quarter between the Maryland Terrapins and West Virginia Mountaineers in the second round of the Women's NCAA Tournament.

With two seconds remaining in the quarter, Maryland freshman Destiny Slocum launched an overhead rainbow shot from the other end of the court as a last-second heave.

Slocum caught the inbound pass, turned, and drilled one of the craziest shots in NCAA tournament history.
