Four-star Carter Bradley (6-foot-3, 208 pounds, Jacksonville, Fla.) is one of the top quarterbacks of the 2018 class, and he will be heading to the Midwest for college. However, Bradley isn't going to the Big Ten, as he instead signed with Toledo as part of the early signing period.

Bradley also had offers from Ole Miss, Pitt, and Wisconsin.
Bradley is by far Toledo's highest-rated commit for the 2018 class, but don't sleep on the 2017 MAC Champs. After going 11-2 this year, Toledo is putting together a solid recruiting class that currently ranks ahead of five FBS teams according to 247Sports. That may not sound glamorous, but for a MAC school on the way up? That is exactly the next step that needs to be taken in order for them to become a top tier Group of 5 program.
Bradley is rated as a four-star by ESPN.
