Reuben Foster was easily the hardest hitter on Bama's defense last season and no Bama fan can forget his hit on Leonard Fournette two years ago. Yet this season Foster could possibly be an even worse nightmare for opposing offenses thanks to Foster's desire to faster and quicker to deliver those hits. Foster has shed 15 pounds since last season before adding muscle to become a faster, more well rounded linebacker.
"I'm more explosive," Foster said to reporters. "It might sound strange, 225 at linebacker but it feels great. Knees not hurting, back not hurting, it feels great." Foster believes the entire Tide defense will be faster in 2016 which should be a scary feeling for every offense on Alabama's schedule.
