SEC safety likely on the move after throwing coaches under the bus

Sometimes when a player commits to a school things can change like the coaching staff or even a player's role. That was certainly the case for Missouri sophomore safety Greg Taylor who originally committed to Gary Pinkel. The coach retired after last season and Barry Odom took over, bringing some new coaches with him.

That's led Taylor to tweet this cryptic message:

This tweet from #Mizzou safety Greg Taylor would seem to indicate he is no longer a Tiger pic.twitter.com/unk8yHfznB

Taylor's Twitter account is private so it would seem that DeArmond is followed back by Taylor and can see his tweets. Taylor also elaborated on the situation in a few more tweets:

More from safety Greg Taylor, who didn't see the field much for Mizzou this year. pic.twitter.com/bbcIws9oNX

While this isn't an outright declaration of a transfer, it is pretty indicative of his mood and how he feels about his time at the school. He only recorded one tackle the entire year and that was against Delaware State.
