Four-star wide receiver Nate Craig-Myers (6-foot-2, 205 pounds, Tampa, FL) is one of the top wideout recruits for the 2016 class, and it looks like he will be making his decision between these two schools on National Signing Day:

Craig-Myers was also heavily considering Ole Miss, but he recently cancelled an official visit and has eliminated the Rebels from his recruiting process, it appears.
Auburn dismissed wide receiver Duke Williams early in the 2015 season, and the Tigers have been searching for a new top receiver ever since. They are the current favorite to land Craig-Myers, and he could prove to be an immediate boost to the Auburn offense in 2016.
North Carolina, on the other hand, as a ton of talent at wide receiver right now, with top receiver Ryan Switzer announcing after the season that he would be staying at the school for his senior year. Of course, the Tar Heels see this as an opportunity, as it would never hurt to add another top receiver to the corps.
