California native Chase Williams is a four-star receiver in the class of 2018 and while there's still 10 months until he has to make a commitment he decided to go for it anyway. He had choices of Georgia, Notre Dame, BYU, Arizona and USC but went with a school far from home:

The new Cornhusker is a 6'1", 190-pound receiver who's ranked as the No. 36 player at his position and No. 24 player in the state by 247Sports. Five out of the six predictions for him had him landing with Nebraska while one person thought Washington would land him.
