There was never any doubt, but this JUCO recruit made it official on Wednesday.
Four-star offensive tackle Elliot Baker (6-foot-7, 295 pounds, San Francisco, Ca.) is set to travel across the country, as the recruit has signed with Alabama and is set to enroll in January.

Baker is the No. 1 JUCO offensive tackle available, and the 247Sports Composite lists him as the No. 4 overall JUCO recruit for 2017. He will be Alabama's 25th commitment for the 2017 class.
Baker originally picked Alabama over Oregon and Georgia back in June of this year. His commitment to Alabama never really seemed in doubt since then, but Baker did take an official visit to Texas A&M in November. That was the only official visit that Baker took during the regular season before he visited Tuscaloosa for the Iron Bowl at the end of the year.
Alabama still has the consensus No. 1 recruiting class in the nation.
