The NFL family lost one of its own on Saturday night. The Denver Post was able to confirm the death of former Broncos linebacker Adrian Robinson. He played six games with Denver back in 2013 and 22 NFL games in total.
According to the Denver Post, Robinson's death has been ruled a suicide by hanging. He died in Philadelphia.
Robinson was a star at Temple University and won the 2009 Mid-American Conference defensive player of the year award. Despite winning the award, Robinson went undrafted but was scooped up by the Pittsburgh Steelers. In his career, Robinson played for the Steelers, Eagles, Broncos, Chargers and Redskins. He made two career tackles in the 22 games he played in.
Last month, Robinson signed with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats of the Canadian Football League.
Robinson was only 25-years-old.
