ESPN host Michelle Beadle and #FSUTwitter users are in a spat that's getting uglier

Things aren't going well between ESPN host Michelle Beadle and some fans on Twitter who happen to support Florida State. The 'Noles have been in the news non-stop for more than a year, and the majority of their off-field press has been negative. As a result, Beadle (and others, mind you) have spoken their minds

Things aren't going well between ESPN host Michelle Beadle and some fans on Twitter who happen to support Florida State. The 'Noles have been in the news non-stop for more than a year, and the majority of their off-field press has been negative. As a result, Beadle (and others, mind you) have spoken their minds about what has transpired in Tallahassee and #FSUTwitter is coming after her.

The good folks at Sports Grid have compiled an in-depth profile about Beadle's exploits against #FSUTwitter, but first things first, a person compared her to Hitler.

No, really.

Is this @SMerrill_ tweet more offensive than stupid, or more stupid than offensive? Really tough call. #FSUTwitter pic.twitter.com/EimavvOalb

Clearly things didn't stop there.

Show prep!

How do you think we prep for the show? I read #FSUTwitter tweets out loud and see who can keep straight face longest https://t.co/WCbrY8H5ff

This one is amusing, in that Beadle actually found someone locally with ties to Florida State, simply to state that she wasn't affiliated with these Twitter trolls.

This is Whit. His wife went to FSU. She's awesome. She's also NOT a member of #FSUTwitter. This should make sense. pic.twitter.com/48HL0BpnP2

As a final closer (at least in this space), Beadle took a non-FSU fan to task as the woman referenced Beadle as unprofessional and disappointing.

Best of luck to you, Paige. I hope you can navigate the road I've damaged so profoundly for you. #BlessYou pic.twitter.com/QraC1DHI79

So the question is —- has this gone far enough on both sides?
