The 5'11", 160-pound Jacksonville native also plans to enroll early in January. He's ranked as the No. 7 receiver in the country, No. 8 recruit in Florida and No. 47 recruit in the country. Matthews also had offers from USC, Georgia, Florida and Clemson among others.
