Penn State's kicker Joey Julius is one of the larger kickers in the country. And after blowing up a Michigan returner last week, Julius took a completely uncalled for hit for the second time this season on Saturday against Minnesota's Jaylen Waters.
Waters and Julius had gotten into it earlier in the game, but on a kickoff that was a touchback when the kicker was slowing wasn't the proper time to to get revenge.
A near on-field confrontation happened after the cheap shot before Waters was ejected.
