NFL Network reporter Jane Slater had a pretty unfortunate incident Wednesday night while reporting on the Dallas Cowboys and an injury to offensive tackle Tyron Smith.
His bulging disk turned into a pretty unfortunate word flub as you can see below.
Plenty have made the mistake in the past, but at least she took it in stride.

As for Smith, the four-time Pro Bowler has been shut down for the forseeable future due to his back issues.

He played in 13 games last season after back and knee issues hampered him. His return is imperative to the success of arguably the best offensive line in football.
