Clemson fans are probably still upset about getting upset by Pittsburgh on senior day in Death Valley. The 43-42 score is surely stinging the players and coaches as much as the fans. There are plenty of ways to look at the loss and coach Dabo Swinney might have come up with the worst logic and quote about it.

"Never ever play yourself" is definitely something DJ Khaled might say to that response. I'm pretty sure you can always appreciate winning, especially when you aren't losing. Going through a season undefeated was the goal of this team and to downplay the loss like that is not fair to the team or the players who expected a lot more of themselves.

However, the Tigers can still make the College Football Playoff if they win out and win the ACC Championship Game. With all the other losses on Saturday, Clemson is very much in control of its own destiny.
