Just four seasons into his NFL tenure, Houston Texans tight end C.J. Fiedorowicz's career may be coming to a close.

After suffering four concussions over the past two seasons, ESPN's Adam Schefter is reporting that Fiedorowicz may not be able to pass a team physical and that could end his career.

He signed a three-year, $21.5 million deal, but that number could be decreased to $2.5 million annually if he were to be cut by a pre-existing condition, such as a concussion, per the report.

Fiedorowicz is a former third-round pick from the 2014 NFL Draft. He's started 42 of 51 games over his career, with 89 receptions for 881 yards and six touchdowns.
