Boise State has never shied away from trickery, and last night they broke out another trick play against BYU. The Broncos ran a beautiful double-reverse pass for a touchdown.
The Broncos lined up in the Wildcat formation, with QB Grant Hedrick lined up at receiver, and ran a jet sweep to WR Shane Williams-Rhodes. Williams-Rhodes pitches the ball back to Hedrick, who throws it back to Williams-Rhodes who just kept on going on a wheel route. Williams-Rhodes showed off some great speed and agility to dart through the BYU defense all the way to the endzone.
Boise State gave BYU the business all night, trouncing the Cougars by a 55-30 final.
