The WWE universe has lost one of its most cherished members as Bobby "The Brain" Heenan has tragically passed away at age 72.

Heenan was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2004 for his work as a wrestling manager, color commentator and wrestler. He started with the World Wrestling Association in 1967 and then moved onto the American Wrestling Association in 1974 and then the WWF in 1984 through 1993.
He spent time with WWE and WCW. He'd rejoin WWE after Vince McMahon bought WCW in 2001.
Vince McMahon lured away Heenan to AWA to manage Jesse "The Body" Ventura and reformed the Heenan Family, which included Big John Studd, "Olympic Strong Man" Ken Patera, "Playboy" Buddy Rose, "Mr. Wonderful" Paul Orndorff, King Kong Bundy, André the Giant, High Chief Sivi Afi, the Brain Busters, "Ravishing" Rick Rude, "King" Harley Race, the Islanders (Haku and Tama), Hercules, The Barbarian, Mr. Perfect, The Red Rooster, and The Brooklyn Brawler.
