There are some things in this world that make little to no sense. If there’s one thing I think that makes zero sense it’s how some videos that get posted to Youtube get over 1 million views. I mean there are some videos where it makes perfect sense. If you see a dog rescuing a little girl from a frozen lake, sure, that’s news and should get the views. On the other hand watching a 6 year old open a new toy and do absolutely nothing really shouldn’t get much airtime.
So when I saw this video of The Big Bang Theory in a scene where the studio audience laughter is replaced with the laughter of Ricky Gervais, I initially had the puzzled feeling of “how did this get 1 million views?” But then after thinking about it, I realized “this is the internet, and of course this thing has 1 million views.”
Also, I’m not going to lie. I laughed the second you hear the laughter of Gervais. Man, people really waste their time doing completely useless stuff but in a case like this, you gotta love it. The guy sounds like Jack Nicholson’s joker from Batman.
