Solomon started all 14 games his freshman year and was named All-Pac 12 Honorable Mention. He passed for 3,793 yards and 28 touchdowns that year and also added 291 yards on the ground for 2 more scores.

Solomon was then in and out of the lineup with injuries the next few years, which is why his name hasn't popped on the NFL Draft radar. And that is why he is transferring to Baylor for his last year of eligibility.

New coach Matt Rhule already flipped SMU quarterback Charlie Brewer and has rising sophomore Zach Smith as well. It should be a good opportunity for Solomon to prove he can still play football and potentially make himself into an NFL quarterback.
