Here's that Davis hit on Joey Julius. Just unnecessary. pic.twitter.com/OyMQTEEpsf

Are players just not going to learn?
Penn State kicker Joey Julius has drawn quite the reputation for laying people out with big hits. As a response, defenders have been trying to return the favor on Julius, but they keep getting their hand caught in the cookie jar.
This week it was Maryland linebacker Isaiah Davis that laid out Julius, and like last week and earlier this season, the hit came after the kickoff was already over.
Davis was ejected from the game for the hit.
You can kind of understand defenders want to get back at Julius for dishing out some big hits, but you can't do this. Play smarter.
