St. Brown is ranked as the No. 12 overall recruit and the No. 2 wide receiver in the nation by the 247Sports Composite. St. Brown was the top ranked uncommitted offensive player in the nation, only behind defensive back Patrick Surtain Jr. in terms of all uncommitted recruits.

The 6-foot, 191-pound receiver out of California also had offers from Michigan, Alabama, Auburn, Georgia and Miami among others.
