Four-star offensive tackle Austin Deculus (6-foot-6, 323 pounds, Cypress, TX) makes for one big brick in an offensive line. According to 247Sports, we now know where that brick is going to fit in, as Deculus committed to LSU on Friday.
"The main reason I committed to LSU is because of that comfort feeling of home," Deculus told to 247Sports. "The environment at LSU is one that I wanted to be surrounded with."
Deculus is ranked as the No. 45 overall recruit in the 2017 class by the 247Sports Composite. He is the eighth commitment for LSU's 2017 class, which is currently ranked No. 10 in the nation.
