Sudal hails from Nantucket, so if you want to check him out, you can probably find him on a beach surveying the landscape for his next opportunity. Regardless, it takes a special kind of individual to willingly wrestle with a shark on multiple occasions, and Elliot Sudal certainly qualifies as special.
