
Woodrow Lowe III is a four-star pocket passing quarterback in the class of 2018 and he's officially made his decision on a school. The Tennessee native released a video on his Twitter account revealing his decision:

The 6'3", 196-pound QB is headed north to West Virginia to play for Dana Holgersen and the Mountaineers. He is ranked as the No. 13 pocket passer in the class and the No. 6 recruit in the state according to ESPN. He also had offers from Army, North Carolina, Memphis, Navy and Illinois along with some others.
