Joe Milton of Orlando, FL. revealed via a YouTube video that the pro-style QB would not be staying in-state, instead heading to the University of Michigan.
247sports had Michigan with a 79 percent chance of landing Milton prior to his announcement, with the University of Florida being the other option at 21 percent according to the site's Crystal Ball prediction.
Milton ultimately choosing Jim Harbaugh and offensive coordinator Pep Hamilton is a good move for the four-star QB, as both have loads of NFL experience that should be huge for his development.
Milton is the No. 10 QB in the class and No. 243 overall.
