Perry is a prototypical Rick Pitino point guard with his toughness on both ends of the court and willingness to take control of an offense. He has to work on not over dribbling at times, but that can be worked out of him under Pitino and he'll need to put on some weight, which shouldn't be a problem going through a D-I lifting program and regimen.
