
No. 7 running back in the country Toneil Carter committed to Georgia back in July when he thought that Nick Chubb and/or Sony Michel would likely be headed to the NFL Draft in April of 2017. However, with both of them announcing that they would be back for another season, Carter is rethinking his decision.

The 5'11", 197-pound back is the No. 21 recruit in the state of Texas and has plenty of other offers including Baylor, LSU, Michigan, Arkansas and Alabama he might consider.
