We all know that the backflip catch is one of the more impressive feats in football. From Tennessee to North Carolina and on down to Florida, nearly everyone has tried catching footballs while doing backflips.

Well, a couple of bros decided it was their turn and they wanted to add in a whole other level of difficulty. They "tried it at home" and it went horribly wrong.

What did they think was going to happen? There was no way that was going to end well for them. Also, who are they trying to impress? These dudes don't exactly look like five-star recruits hoping to send this to Nick Saban.

Good try, good effort. At least he didn't land on his head.
