
Florida has been absolutely on fire in the 2019 recruiting cycle and it looks like the Gators have picked up yet another commit in four-star defensive end Derick Hunter Jr.

Hunter is a 6'5", 245 defensive end out of Fort Myers, Fla. and was heavily favored by the 247Sports crystal to go to Miami, but it looks like that won't be the case. At least for now.He's ranked as the No. 12 strong side DE by 247Sports and the No. 25 recruit in the state of Florida in the class of 2019. He also holds offers from Florida State, Notre Dame, Iowa State and Maryland among others.
