Former Tennessee commit and defensive end Tre Lawson (6-foot-6, 247 pounds, North Augusta, SC) has found a new school.
Lawson was pledged to Tennessee for five months before decommitting at the end of the regular season, and just a month later, he has announced a new commitment to Florida State.

Lawson's commitment gives the Seminoles 20 recruits right now for their 2017 class. Though only a three-star, Lawson helps fill a need for Florida State as a strong-side defensive end, as he is the only commit at that position for the Seminoles.
Per 247Sports, Florida State currently ranks fifth in the recruiting rankings for the 2017 cycle.
