During Monday Night Raw, new tag team champions were crowned, when The Bar, Cesaro and Sheamus, defeated The Shield, Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose.
WWE shared the following:

Cesaro and Sheamus dropped the belts to Ambrose and Rollins back in August at SummerSlam.
Cesaro chipped his teeth in a failed attempt at winning the tag titles against the Shield at No Mercy.
The Bar first won the belts against the New Day in December 2016, then started their second reign with a cagematch win against the Hardy Boyz in June 2017.
