Facing 4th-and-12 in Marvin Lewis' last game as head coach of the Cincinnati Bengals, the Baltimore Ravens were stunned in a 31-27 loss. With the loss, the Ravens were eliminated from playoff contention and the Buffalo Bills took their spot.

The Bills defeated the Miami Dolphins, 22-16, in Week 17 for the win. Buffalo will play the Jacksonville Jaguars in the Wildcard round.
After 15 seasons with the Bengals, Lewis is reportedly leaving the franchise.
Over his tenure, Lewis is 124-111-3. He took over as head coach of the Bengals in 2003. He's lead Cincy to six seasons of 10 or more wins, including the best stretch of his career with the Bengals, from 2012-2015.
He won one Super Bowl as an assistant for the 2000 Baltimore Ravens.
Lewis spent the first 11 years of his career as a college assistant, before jumping to the Pittsburgh Steelers for three seasons, joining the Baltimore Ravens in his first coordinator position (defensive) with the Ravens from 1996-2001 and eventually landing one year as defensive coordinator with the Washington Redskins.
