UCF and USF are locked in on a great rivalry game that decides who will go to the AAC Championship Game. UCF also has a chance to go undefeated with a win and so the stakes are high. However, that doesn't excuse what USF quarterback Quinten Flowers did after he scored this touchdown though:

He seems to be making a pretty lewd gesture at the fans and it's definitely not one that's safe for work or for children's eyes. There may be some repercussions from this considering a similar gesture cost Oklahoma quarterback Baker Mayfield his captaincy this week.
