WWE has almost made it a point to grab up all of wrestling's great free agents over the past year or two. On Wednesday night, a 13-year wrestling veteran finally made his debut on WWE television, as Roderick Strong showed up to be Austin Aries's tag team partner in the WWE NXT Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic.

It was reported back in September that Strong had signed a deal with WWE, so many fans were eagerly awaiting for him to appear on television.

Strong has been the past 13 years mostly working with one of WWE's biggest U.S. competitors: Ring of Honor (ROH). Strong is a one-time ROH world champion and a one-time ROH tag team champion, with... Austin Aries.
Strong had a successful debut, as he and Aries won their match to advance to the second round of the tag team tournament.
