Nation's top CB Anthony Cook has five stellar standouts right now

He mentioned to 247Sports that Clemson might be making the biggest impact of the out-of-state schools though as the Tigers hosted him on an unofficial visit earlier in the offseason and impressed him while he was there.

"I like that they have a small, family environment because they don't like to party or any of that," Cook said. "I feel like it fits me. They have a lot of energy after winning the national championship. I got to meet Coach (Dabo) Swinney for the first time, and he was really cool."

He's also planning on visiting Ohio State and when he was asked about other standouts he quickly named Notre Dame and LSU. The 6'1", 168-pound cornerback has 35 offers from schools including some from Florida, Arizona, Georgia, Florida State and Michigan among many others. The 247 crystal ball currently has LSU as a favorite with 40 percent of the predictions and Texas behind at 30 percent and Ohio State trailing at 20.
