Vincent, who attends IMG Academy, will make his decision soon, according to 247Sports. He is the No. 14 overall player for 2018, and the top player from the state of Florida.
Vincent visited Florida State on Feb. 25, and he is planning a visit to Ohio State on March 17. He said the two schools are "pretty even" at the moment.
"It depends on how this visit goes. It could be soon after it," Vincent said about his commitment time. "They are pretty even right now."
Vincent's father, Troy, played cornerback in the NFL from 1992-2006.
Vincent is 6'2, 285-pounds, and the 247Sports crystal ball projects him to pick Ohio State.
