The Pac-12 knows all too well about the "Curtain of Distraction" at Arizona State. The Sun Devil student section uses a giant curtain and reveals a different distraction each time an opponent shoots a free throw and it actually works. Opponents only make 66 percent of their free throws in Tempe but make almost 73 percent elsewhere.
The student section got a special guest appearance from Olympic Gold Medalist Michael Phelps and he did not disappoint. He ripped off his shirt and pants to reveal nothing but his Speedo and medals. The distraction worked as the Oregon State shooter missed both of his free throws and some ladies probably fainted in the process.
