With the Miami Hurricanes up, 22-10, in the fourth quarter against Duke on Saturday linebacker Denzel Perryman had a chance to seal the game.
Instead, as you can see in the video above, Perryman watches the ball bounce off his hands and onto the field. While the normal reaction would be for the linebacker to shake his head in disappointment and move on to the next play, he instead drops to the ground and does a few pushups like Willie Mays Hayes in the "Major League" movie.
Perryman was flagged on the play, but Miami would go on to win, 22-10 after the linebacker notched an interception on the very next play. The Hurricanes travel to Georgia Tech this weekend with a Saturday night contest from Bobby Dodd Stadium.
