San Francisco 49ers wideout Marquise Goodwin suffered a pretty horrifying head injury, when he attempted to catch a pass across the middle and was absolutely leveled by Los Angeles Rams defender Blake Countess.

Goodwin crumbled to the ground, then his body jerked as if he was attempting to catch the pass all over again.
He was able to get on his feet, but was helped to the back on a cart.
Countess was flagged for hitting a defenseless receiver.
This season, Goodwin lost his father and newborn child within a month of each other.
Here's to hoping he makes a full recovery.
