Two of the hottest free agents in professional wrestling debuted Sunday night at Money in the Bank as Mike Bennett and Maria Kanellis shocked the WWE Universe.
The duo, now going by Maria and Mike Kanellis, debuted in epic fashion as the crowd popped for the return of Maria alongside her longtime parter.

Kanellis and Mike debuted their new love-centered gimmick with the power couple starring deeply into each other's eyes in a short promo that showed the crowd not only remembered Maria but were also still big-time supporters of the former WWE diva.
It should be interesting to see where this gimmick goes, as it certainly very different and a really surprising, fascinating way to only re-debut Maria to the WWE Universe but also introduce her husband, Mike, who also took her last name in marriage.
Mike and Maria have been an on-screen couple since 2011, dating all the way back to Ring of Honor where Maria first debuted alongside her then-boyfriend Mike Bennett. The duo competed on Ring of Honor from 2011-15 before leaving the promotion and bouncing around. They ultimately landed in Impact Wrestling for one year before finally jumping ship to the WWE.
Maria is a former TNA Knockouts champion.
